The FRNSW Community Safety Portal is a secure, purpose-driven initiative developed by Fire and Rescue New South Wales (FRNSW). Our goal is to strengthen emergency response and community safety through direct collaboration with residents across NSW.
By allowing community members to upload details about their properties — such as home layouts, access points, and emergency contact information — we can respond more effectively in case of fire incidents or other emergencies. These critical insights help reduce response time, improve firefighter safety, and increase the chances of protecting both lives and property.
Our platform is built on trust, security, and proactive readiness — giving communities a way to actively participate in their own protection.
